Credena Health Pharmacy - Specialty

Since Credena is primarily a mail order pharmacy it elevates standing in long lines. On occasion I do need to pick an item up at their location and it has always went very smoothly. A little adjustment for me but is working seamlessly. A few of my favorite employees from my old pharmacy are now working at Credena and this helps with my level of trust and comfort!!! I've had success with Rite Aid for years until they closed. Credena Health contacted me with a mail order option. The first month they were a week late. The second month I called ahead to ensure timely delivery. The third month it didn't arrive at all. After contacting them the representative said they're automated and if I don't respond to their text, the prescription gets denied. Then he hung up on me. Using this company was the worst mistake I've ever made for prescriptions. I contacted my Doctor and were switching to Walgreens who operates like Rite Aid. I get one text stating the prescription is ready for pick up. Credena sends a text questionnaire that doesn't make any sense at all. It's the worst option for prescriptions there is. I'm sorry I did not get amazing service. I'm not looking for amazing service, but that seems to be the glowing reviews I've seen. My pharmacy is now closed, so I got Credena's info in the mail. I signed over to Credena to get my prescriptions because it said home delivery. I called them as soon as I got a message in MyChart that something had to be set up and it would take 3 to 5 days?!?! What if I needed life-saving prescriptions? Don't go here if you need an asthma inhaler 😂 so then I asked the less than helpful woman on the phone who said, "we just don't operate the way a regular pharmacy does" if they could transfer my prescription to Walgreens then. Credena has amazing service. They make it so easy to order refills. They text me prior to my meds running out. I just answer a few questions and indicate what day I want them delivered and they always show up on time. If I forget to fill out the form, they send me another text a few days later. It's so easy.

Credena does a good job with my specialty prescription. They communicate well, my prescription always shows up on time. I have been a customer for years and never had anything go wrong. Great customer service! Nice pharmacy staff!
