From the very first call, Dr. Diep’s office exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff are AMAZING—friendly, helpful, and proactive. They even called my insurance without me asking to verify my coverage, which saved me from the usual stressful, back-and-forth phone calls between insurance and the office.
