Dr. Prater is far and above the standard. My extensive experience with cosmetic dentists qualifies me to make this bold statement. My first experience with this dentist and her staff was amazing! Not only were they all kind and compassionate…. It was the most professional and thorough assessment I have ever had. I feel confident that my results will surpass my expectations. I will follow this with an update in the near future. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Dr. Prater is truly exceptional. When a veneer that another dentist had placed came off, I was completely distraught. She was able to work me in the very same day, which meant more to me than I can express. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was kind, empathetic, and professional. They made an upsetting situation feel manageable and calm. Dr. Prater is not only incredibly skilled, but so compassionate. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. And Sherry, the hygienist, is just as wonderful — warm, gentle, and attentive. I’m so grateful to have found this office. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The entire staff was polite and friendly, from the front desk, the hygienist and Susan herself. They took time to have conversation which helped with my anxiety. They did everything they could to make me comfortable during my appointment. The office was bright and clean. I would highly recommend them.

Dr Prater and her staff are so amazingly good at what they do. Dr Prater’s attention to detail is unbelievable. She just put a temporary crown on for me that looked perfect. Can’t wait to see the permanent crown. I’m 80 and wasn’t planning on going to the prom but with my new front crown I might change my mind. She and her assistant made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain through the whole process. Sherry cleans my teeth and she is one of the best hygienists I’ve ever had .

Had two crowns today. The assistant, Olya was wonderful, as was Dr. Prater. Both were very caring and considerate. The work was done except well and crowns were manufactured in house. Couldn’t be more pleased.
