Crawford and Weltmer Family Eye Care

The staff and Doctor are friendly and skillful. I've gone to this location for at least 30 years and have only had good experiences. When specialists (cataract surgery} was needed, I was referred promptly.

Dr. Crawford and his staff were very friendly and professional. I had a very short wait time and everyone answered all my questions and concerns about my eyes. They didn’t force me to get new glasses or to wear contacts!!! My second visit was for an eye infection. Dr. Crawford sent me hope with eye wipes and instructions for my eye care. He could not have been any more on top of it! Fast and efficient and respectful! I highly recommend his practice! Kathy Falen

I recently visited Crawford and Wltmer Family Eye Care center. I was in the market for new glasses. I am not lying when I say, 10 minutes later I walked out of the office excited about my new glasses and thrilled that they were able to pull all of my insurance information. It was the fastest experience yet so efficient. The staff was amazing and found exactly what I was looking for immediately. They pulled all the information, took my measurements and had me on my way. I cannot rave enough about that visit.

A very pleasant experience today for my annual check up. I was impressed by the cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere in the waiting room and examination room office. The staff greeted me with smiling eyes (as they were wearing masks). Dr. Crawford has such a pleasant and kind way with patients. He’s not in a hurry and takes the time to listen. A thorough eye exam! Miriam was so sweet and helpful as I picked out my frames for glasses and my contact lenses. I’m so thankful for them as my Eye Care Providers!

CONS: None PROS: Professional. On time - even doing paperwork as I first time patient, they got me right in and I didn’t wait. Checkout was fast & uncomplicated. Everyone was friendly. Also, the practice took our vision insurance and we’re in-network for us. Because of that, my son went there and so did my daughter. The first time contact wearer class that my daughter attended was 1:1 with Linda and was a great experience for my girl! We will be back for our next visit.
