Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Smells clean and fresh. Trash emptied and floors cleaned frequently. Everyone is kind and caring. Patients are allowed to bring many of their own things from home. Each room is very personalized. Ample closet space, shelves, and drawers. Solarium with lots of windows through which wildlife can be watched, including deer, birds, and squirrels. Sitting and gathering areas. Dining room. Daily activities. Barefoot friendly.

My mom could not have had better care, In my opinion, the best in NEA!
