Needed HRT, the first medicine didn’t work, we had to switch to another medicine. He told us we had to call insurance to get the pharmacy’s fax and phone number, then told us we had to call them to get it refilled. Also has terrible bedside manner, answered a phone call from a plumber in the middle of our appointment, but couldn’t answer multiple calls from the HRT company.
