Such an amazing team here! Everyone is so sweet and attentive. Dr. Patel was so sweet and made sure i was comfortable the entire time and kept checking on me. This is a great place to go if you want a good experience with good people!

I absolutely love this dental office! The staff is so kind and caring. I’m always full of questions about teeth, and they’re so patient with me! Taking the time to explain everything, even when I want to look at my X-rays and all the little details. They really listen and address my concerns instead of brushing them off. I’m so glad I found this place, and even though my dental insurance will be changing next year, I’m hoping to keep coming here for my regular checkups (and hopefully fewer major visits)!

They were patient, attentive, and explained everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout my visit. The team truly cares about their patients’ long-term oral health. I cannot say enough good things about my first visit with Crabapple Smiles Dental Group. Dr. Patel personally came to meet me in the lobby and welcome me back for my appointment. We got to know one another, un-rushed, before any examination began, such a nice touch. When I scheduled my appointment, they had told me to block 2-hours and I thought for sure I’d have time to work some in that timeframe, however I had attention showered on me from start to finish! From digital X-rays and saliva testing with Ash, to soft and hard tissue exams with the Dr and hygienist, to insurance coverage explanations with Caitlyn and my curated cleaning with Jessica based on the findings from all the poking and prodding — plus a small filling handled that I didn’t have to schedule another day to come back fo

I came in on a Monday with pain in my jaw. They were able to work me into their schedule. Caitlyn at the front desk was so warm and inviting and helpful. Caitlyn is amazing at customer service. I would give her a 10+. Dr. Patel took her time to find the best solution for me. I will continue to come back to this practice. I just gotta find better dental insurance.
