Crabapple Family Medicine

I have been going to this practice for a while now and am very upset by the care and knowledge of the staff. The nurse who sees you at the beginning of your appointment to get vitals and history does not know anything regarding medicine which is quite concerning. The doctor does not remember anything from my previous appointments or past history/discussions. She could at least take the time to read my chart before talking to me. I am especially upset because I have moved recently and the doctor said she is going to discontinue prescribing my medication only because she had to do an extra step when sending it out which she’s been doing out of state for a while when I am out in college. She was not going to send one last prescription until I asked the front desk person to speak to her becaus

Dr. Devaraju is a thoughtful and knowledgeable physician. She communicates clearly, listens carefully, and makes sure to address any questions or concerns without rushing. I appreciate her calm, professional approach and the way she explains things in a straightforward and respectful way. I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend her.

Dr. Madhavi Devaraju is the best doctor I have come across. She takes care of my entire family. She is very thorough, patient and has a very pleasant demenour. She actually goes out of her way to help the patient and gets to the bottom of the symptoms. Another wonderful aspect of this facility is the staff in the front office. They are very helpful, informative and patient with answering all queries. Overall my family and I have a very good experience every time we have an appointment. I strongly recommend this facility and Dr. Madhavi Devaraju to everyone.

Dr. Devaraju has been an outstanding primary care physician, and I'm truly grateful for the care I've received. She takes the time to listen attentively, explains everything thoroughly, and always makes me feel comfortable and supported. This is by far the worst doctors office i’ve ever experienced with. Dr. Devaraju is extremely rude and unhelpful as well as everyone at the front desk. They make you do everything yourself and wait on medications every month. They didnt tell me about my copays for months and now I have a $800 bill that i have to take care of with no explanation. 0/10 establishment I would not reccomend.
