CowTown Animal Hospital

Sadly I wish I’d read reviews better before going to Cowtown. Not the practice for me, very unorganized and unprofessional. Kept me there for two hours for a routine yearly check up. Excruciating for me and my nervous dog. They tried to get a fecal and urine sample from my dog, when I had already brought those diligently and handed to reception upon arrival. Did not communicate professionally among themselves. Later they lost the cardiac exam and asked me to go back another day to do it again! Later on we got a “happy birthday “ email. And referred to my dog as 8 years old. Neither is accurate. When I raised concern on this issues, I was met with resistance. The whole visit was almost 500!! Dr. Tia and staff are amazing. Very clean and welcoming environment. I highly recommend CowTown Animal Hospital for all your pets needs.

Carson loves all the love he gets when he goes and sees Dr Cook from the front desk to the exam room to the exit. The staff is wonderful and you can tell they have a passion for what they do and love their patients.

This vet is the first vet I've been to that has had kind , and extremely attentive vet techs and employees. Everyone that helped me with my huskys ear infection was so kind and super helpful. They actually care about your animals Dr. Tia is who saw my baby and she was nothing less than amazing! Her energy and care level is out of this world 🌎

Thank you for taking care of my little buddies Hermes & Hades, everyone was very nice, informative, and professional. The facility was very clean and well maintained. I will be coming here from now forward.
