Chanel who always answers the phone is beyond rude, interrupts constantly, doesn't read documents sent to her, and when I asked who her manager was, was told she is the manager. I wouldn't touch this place. They can't even handle a simple medical records request without constant nagging. I first requested records from then in November of last year, via fax. Fax went through. When I called after the holidays in January Chanel rudely told me that they didn't get it because if they did get it they would've processed it. When I explained the fax went through, she argued with me. I faxed it again. I called again 1/23 and spoke with Chanel again who said she didn't know and argued with me about getting the records and told me to call back. Called back again today on 1/27 because they then faxed

I arrived early and was told by the lady at the desk that she was told to cancel all appointments and reschedule because the one i made the appointment with left for the day. There was an empty parking lot and no other patients on site so why couldn't i be seen? Of course you can see where this led to frustration due to wasted time and effort, an annoyance because of the lack of consideration for my schedule, and inconvenience having to reschedule and likely take more time off in the future. Despite this setback i hope the next person to give them a chance will at least get a phone call regarding a change before they waste a work day.

The first day I entered that building, I was treated as if my health was very important. Front desk experience was not a problem.I didn't have any problems with the doctor that I saw. I was treated with respect and my opinions were taken into consideration. Also one of the things I love is that you are seen in good timing and I think it's because they do not overbook.

Okay, so I have had to make several visits and here is my experience. At first there was some brief confusion when I arrived due to their protocols for COVID-19. The Asian woman that came to the door was a little curt and dismissive to my questions. However, I think she was equally as confused as me due to it being early morning and both of our faces were covered. As soon as she checked me in I was a little worried because the facility appeared to be an old restaurant or maybe a massage parlor. However, I was quickly seen and the nurse was super nice. She was patient, understanding, and really listened to what I was telling her. I have been coming here for a few months now and I will say that it is good but can be alot better. There chairs are very low. If you have arthritis in your knees it will be hard to get up. They are some doors and rooms that are very small I have see 1 person to 3 People working. They are very friendly and try to help when they can. The billing is messed up big time they keep telling me that they are not sure how much I owe them
