So today was my first scheduled dentist appointment to where I had to have a tooth removed. It was no secret that I was nervous and scared. And because of the nerves. I took an attitude with me to my appointment today. I would like to first of all, say the staff at this location was nothing less than great. And even though I was rude and snappy with a couple of them , none of them stepped out of line from being anything less than professional. I definitely felt ashamed of myself after leaving considering they didn't do anything to deserve my attitude. AND they did everything in their power to make my visit as comfortable as it could be. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to be seen at this dentist where the appointment was rescheduled due to weather. The day before the appointment I received a text stating to verify my insurance which was done and then they told me I was responsible for payment for 150.00 for an annual cleaning that was paid for by insurance. They then stated they would contact back from the billing department and no one did. I then waited for the update where I was advised I would have a fee which is not accurate. I arrived at the appointment 5 minutes past the time due to having to travel over an hour to get there to be told they could not see my daughter when there was no one in the waiting room. Following her lead of excellence are the office managers, receptionists, technicians, hygienist, et al! I’ve experienced pain-free extractions and aftercare concerns and compassion for my welfare. It’s a joy to enter into an environment where one is welcomed warmly and handled with dignity, courtesy and respect from the charming waiting room through the glass paned doors into the immaculate dental examination rooms. Please be cautious when visiting this dental office. The communication is extremely poor. During my first visit, they performed an exam and told me I had two cavities on the left side and one on the right. I scheduled an appointment to have the left side treated, which went as expected. However, when I returned for the right side, they suddenly claimed I had three additional cavities that were never mentioned before and my bill was much higher than expected. When I asked for an explanation, they simply said it was due to “new findings,” even though no one had informed me of this earlier. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I strongly recommend finding another dental office that values transparency and honest communication.

I went in to see about my teeth and the dentist never introduced herself but th hygienist says I have all this problems that cost 490 dollars but I went to get a second opinion and their is nothing wrong with my teeth they told me I had a cavity and never told where it was and some other unnecessary service and add on I found another dentist to go to but they said it’ll take two weeks to release my X-rays that is needed up I’ll never go to this unprofessional place again you have to go straight to the office manager to get thing s done.I want to add to my review they try to con you out of money trying to tell you need treatment you don’t need and when you go get a second opinion and leave them they do other images just to try and get money from you don’t make the mistake and go here all th
