Best experience!!! The office is across from Ross and Auto Zone on 278 in Covington, Georgia. The respectionist was equally helpful as kind and knowledgeable. Then was of to get X-rays. The woman who did mine was gentle and caring. Then the dental hygienist came to look at my mouth. She was very through, and kind. Finally the rain maker the one ive been waiting to see.... Dr. L is cheerful and her energy is instantly recieved as a positive one. I definitely chose the correct place to go. We discussed in detail a plan we both agreed upon. Very very satisfied!! I'm telling everyone to go get there smile back at COVINGTON DENTAL STUDIO!!!?

I had a crown put on here and during the procedure I felt like an experiment, the doctor was barely present and the lady working on my tooth seemed to be training/having a hard time. I experienced extreme pain and discomfort for weeks before I could be seen again due to the holidays which was understandable. I eventually come in for my emergency visit and without discussing why I was there, they had let me know that my permanent crown had arrived and they were just going to put that on and I felt dismissed. At this point I had told myself that I wouldn't be coming back just because of my overall experience. Prior to my crown procedure I was told that I needed 6 fillings and 3 crowns, I just visited a different dentist and come to find out I only need 2 fillings and no crowns were mentioned

I had a dental appointment scheduled, and when I arrived, they told me they had tried to reach me by email and phone to upload my insurance card — but I never received either. Because of that, they said I’d have to reschedule since it takes 24 hours for the insurance to process in their system. I even offered to pay the $149 out of pocket because I really needed a cleaning, but the receptionist told me I couldn’t because “cleanings aren’t guaranteed,” even though my appointment was clearly booked as a first patient exam, X-ray, and cleaning. To make matters worse, after I sat down, the Caucasian receptionist yelled from the corner, “And when you do come back, it’ll be the same thing!” — which I found completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I get super nervous, & have anxiety about going to the dentist, & this place is absolutely amazing! The staff is super friendly, & helpful. I got a cleaning done by Sarah, & she made me feel so comfortable, & now I’m excited to come back because the atmosphere was great: Highly recommend this place!

She carefully reviewed my X-rays to make sure there were no gaps or issues, which gave me so much peace of mind. Felicia was professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Her calm and friendly demeanor made the visit feel easy and stress-free.
