I have no problems with the dentist at all. But the girl at the front desk with the nasty red hair has a smart mouth and doesn’t know how to talk to people at all. Every time I come in here she has a problem. I have waited for this appointment for 2 months. Scheduled for 9 am got here at 8:45 checked in on the Patient Check In thing… sitting until 9:30. I’m like hi I checked in 30 mins ago why haven’t I been called. She said you didn’t check in you have to reschedule. I said I did check in. She said I have a 1 pm I said no I have a nail appointment at 1 pm. I think today was my last day coming here. I asked to transfer my dental records and a refund for today. And if you have a credit on your account they will not tell you. A patient had a $900 credit for over a year and they just been hol

I really enjoyed my visit. Everyone there made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous. The staff is nice and the dentist was very friendly and seemed to care a lot about me.

BEWARE, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! This place uses dirty dental tools and the floors, trim, and dental chairs are covered in dust and grime. The tools alone grossed me out and one had a candy wrapper covering it while the others had nothing. I also had to ask them to get a clean set. I have also had to go back because the Dr. botched a filling, twice now. I'm not returning to this place.

I love this dentistry; they really care, and it feels like family. Especially the receptionist, she is friendly and very knowledgeable. Sorry, I forgot her name, but she is a beautiful young lady with pretty nails.

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend! They open @ 7am and my appointment was at 7am. I arrived at 7:14. Nobody at the front desk and nobody in the lobby, a lady comes from behind the curtain and I let her know I'm here to check-in. She than tells me I have to reschedule for they cannot take me after 15 minutes of the scheduled cleaning, mind you there is not a soul in the lobby and they open @ 7am. I'm pretty sure she just didn't want to take me, I got no text or call confirmation so I was unaware of this 15 mintue grace rule. They lack communication and the lady at the desk was giving very much of a rushed vibe. I won't be returning there literally a waste.
