I’m happy that I chose this office for my orthodontic work. Never thought my teeth would ever look this good. Dr. Lai is a professional. He takes time to listen to your concerns and he keeps you on track to that perfect smile. His assistants deserve a round of applause as well. They are quick and good at their job allowing me to squeeze in my appointments with an already tight schedule. This dental office is old school but their track record shows why they are still here even with a bunch of new competition in the area. Give them a shot.

I called Covina Dental Arts and Orthodontics today, October 17th at around 1:35 PM, regarding some authorizations from my dental insurance. I had questions about certain approvals and a denial for a sinus procedure that needs to be done along with my top two wisdom teeth extractions. From the start, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. I tried to explain that my dental insurance is willing to cover the procedure but needs specific documentation from the office. She didn’t bother to listen and kept insisting that they had already sent everything required, saying there was nothing else they could do and that I would have to pay $325 per sinus out of pocket. When I tried to clarify what my insurance had told me, she brushed me off and seemed completely unintere

For those who have the high level of anxiety about going to the dentist I would highly Recommend Covina Dental Arts. The staff from beginning to end were very understanding and accommodating and walked me through the process and that help me ease my fear and anxiety of being at the dentist. Angela the office manager was very informative and makes ensures you that everything is billed correctly. Dr Manuel was awesome he was kind and very thorough during my 1st part of the exam. He walked me through the 1st process by making small talk to make me feel at ease. Vanessa the Surgeon Dr Johnson assistant went above and beyond she was very informative, each step of the way From beginning to end very details about each step of Getting a tooth extracted she worked on my breathing and calm me down

I always get compliments on my smile thanks to many years of Covina Dental Arts and Staff Christina and Angela , my husband, 3 children, now 40, 33 and 30 were all cared for and consequently also have beautiful smiles! Thank you Covina Dental Arts!!

They had me put a deposit down just to hold my appointment and now they’re saying that they can’t return my deposit because something with my insurance didn’t. Their liars and stole my money. They had me consistently call back to see if I had to pay any out-of-pocket, but they were just lies so I can forget about it. I called back right now and they just hit me with this lie crazy crazy crazy crazy you put your trust in someplace and they steal your money
