It was wonderful the staff treated me and LOVE with so much care and genuinely. Each staff member did so great as starting from front staff by greeting us, the assistant didn't make me wait much in the waiting area and the Vet Doctor was great with my baby LOVE. What I appreciated most is how my baby LOVE was the star and was shown off to other staff members. Also how much Care and patience they have for the pets. Love the positive energy every staff member had. Definitely will continue to take my baby LOVE. Thank you so much for everything

Dr. Lu was very gentle, sweet, knowledgeable, and informative, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease. Both of our dogs, Molly and Lola, love Dr. Lu. Dr. Lu and all the staff are friendly, gentle, great customer service. This hospital is spotless, doesn't have an animal smell, very clean hospital. Thank you to all the staff for keeping the hospital clean. What I appreciated most is customer service.

Staff were so attentive and kind. The vet answered all my questions and worries and provided so much reassurance about how I'm raising my pup The vet tech that provided me my prescription and follow up info as well as the vet! I walked in worried about my dog, and by the end of the day I walked out with better knowledge of how to care for my dog. I was feeling more relaxed because I knew he was in good hands and well taken care of . As I left with my dog he was sent off with smiles and goodbyes from different staff members. Also thank you to the ones who answer the phone calls , because questions are always answered. I know my dog is not the only pet. there

My cat’s left leg limped so I made an appointment. When my cat was brought back to the waiting room he was crying. I was told he urinated on the towel wrap him. After he died, I checked his shaved leg and found a new laceration obviously caused by the shaving (see picture 1). He only had one old wound on the other side (see picture 2). He lost consciousness in two minutes after back home.
