COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

Absolutely terrible pharmacy!! The online refill requests either don’t work or get delayed over and over. When you call the pharmacy then to get your prescription filled you end up on hold for 30 minutes at least! They refill prescriptions that you did not request and are not on auto fill. You order 3 prescriptions, they fill 2 and say the 3rd wasn’t requested. The pharmacy randomly closes due to staffing. Standing in line to pick up prescriptions because the drive thru is closed for staffing issues and you listen to the customers in front of you making the exact same complaints! Currently on hold, 44 minutes and counting! 2 callers ahead of me. Ridiculous

They advertise 1-2 day testing but will remind you that it is not guaranteed. In actuality the test results will take up to 7 days.
