Had multiple root canals done and this place is by far the best. Thorough, fare price and the procedure was by far more tolerable than any other time ive had a root canal done.

Upon booking my appointment I gave my insurance information and they told me they took it. I waited two and a half weeks for a root canal that was partially already done and have been in so much pain. Only to be told by the receptionist upon arrival that they didn’t take my insurance. Instead of taking any responsibility for their fault for telling me they took my insurance and then back tracking, the receptionist lectured me on how to receive “the full benefits of my insurance” by researching more about what dentists take my insurance. They literally told me they took mine upon booking. And then we asked, “why would you take one dental select insurance and not the other?” And she explained basically the doctor gets a better payout by not using copay insurance. They are inconsistent, rude,

Dr. Christensen was amazing. I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist and my root canal was a breeze thanks to him. He made sure to explain every step and was always checking in on me to make sure I was okay. I planned on being there for an hour and a half and he got it done in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend going to him. Could not be happier.

I foolishly waited 7 months with nerve pain that was waking me up at night. I was so nervous to have a root canal. I had heard so many horror stories! It literally was the best dental procedure I’ve ever gone through! Becky is amazing at the front desk and worked hard to get me in! Dr Christensen was AMAZING! He was fast and so caring. I won’t go anywhere else.

He said I didn't need a root canal when, as it turned out, I really did. I could have done without the extra time in pain. He also spoke badly of my dentist, saying he had wasted my time giving me antibiotics for the infection in my tooth... but isn't that exactly what antibiotics are for? Even if my dentist had been wrong about that it wasn't good practice to speak negatively of another professional. I've since spoken to other people about him and once, instead of completing a root canal, he simply redid the filling and charged the patient even though he hadn't done more work. I was referred by my dentist to Dr. Richards in Roy, if anyone else wants somewhere else to look.
