COVID-19 Drive-thru Testing at Walgreens

Absolutely terrible customer service every time I come to this location unless the manager Chris is here. Chris is the only one who seems to know what he is doing and handle things efficiently. However the employee with the worst customer service is a slightly older Asian man who works up front. Today alone he managed to be absolutely horrible to 3 people in front of me in line. Then has the audacity to speak to me like I was stupid when there was a major error with my photo order! Mind you this was something I found out I needed today otherwise I wouldn't have bothered to order for same day pick up. Every single time I come the customer service gets increasingly worse with the exception of Chris.
