Walgreen is not my favorite store and today I confirmed that the service here is lousy. I asked Mrs. Juana, the manager, to solve a situation and she had an inadequate attitude and she did not solve it for me. My question is how do you have a person in a management position who cannot manage customer service and provide solutions to incidents. Put some competent people to work!!!
Mi vida esposa embarazada fue a recoger un medicamento y le dijeron que esperara 10 minutos los cuales pasaron a ser más de 1 hora y media, para mi son muy incompetentes tantas personas esperando y se demoran mucho para atenderlos
