COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

Worst pharmacy EVER! My prescription was put in by the urgent care 2 blocks from this Walgreens. 9 hours later I go to pick up my prescription and they tell me the insurance didn't approve and they sent a fax to the doctor about it. A FAX!! The first person, a female, got some big attitude after I asked why after 9 hours nobody called the doctor and her reply was, we have a million other things to do. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate! When I asked for another pharmacist with less attitude the man repeated how they sent a fax and had no answer as to why they didn't call and offered for me to pay for it out of pocket! I'm sick with my main symptom being shortness of breath and the prescription was for an inhaler. I obviously haven't been to work if I'm not even able to breathe an

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…… waited about an hour in the pharmacy line….. pharmacist took my info for an order that was already filled and still took all of 15 minutes with no response or communication… so I called the pharmacist spoke to a manager and some how miraculously got my order to me in a about 2 minutes… there excuse was they only had 1 person back there…: yet multiple girls were back there casually walking around laughing…. While about 15 people backed up in line all waiting over an hour wasting their night…. These ladies had 0 efforts to even FAKE some sort of urgency for all of these people waiting in line…. Terrible just terrible…… never again….. corporate really needs to do something about this place…..
