It was easy to make an appointment. Once we arrived we were seen before the scheduled time. Very prompt, friendly and professional.

Only reason they didn't get 5 start was because their check in process is ridiculous. One kiosk to put you in line while 2 people are working the desk to then call the person in line up to enter all the info you just did on the kiosk. So when there is multiple people waiting to register and only one kiosk, it's a bit ridiculous. After getting called back, the nurses were amazing and quick. Xrays went fast and radiologist read them in about 15min. Everyone had a great attitude, welcoming and accommodating.

DO NOT GO HERE! My husband was sent here by the VA and they can not get the billing correct. We have repeatedly called to try to work with the billing department, but they continue to not bill the visit correctly to the VA and just keep sending us a bill. They also bill like an ER where the VA has paid the hospital system and so they have no part in the billing we are trying to deal with because they have been paid. It has been over a year since my husband was seen and the issue is still persisting. We even had the VA call them while we were on the phone and walk them through the billing process and they STILL could not get it right. Basically they have continuously been told to make a right hand turn and they continue to turn left and ignore directions EVERY TIME! Go to a different urgent

This group today was absolutely fabulous. I've been on a health journey for years in another state. My visit today was handled with care, understanding and efficiency.

My family has been visiting this location for immediate care needs for over a decade. They have always been kind, gentle, and patient, especially with my children (one is autistic). We have always been satisfied with the level of care we receive, but I can tell that steps have been taken over the years to further improve their practice. The office is very clean and we are always in and out within a reasonable amount of time. Bonus points for offering my sick kiddos popsicles!
