COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

I had an appointment for myself and my family which i booked on Sunday for a Tuesday morning appointment and when I turn up for my appointment after driving 20 mins , I am told that their provider changed and their system is not working and so they cannot administer the test. They said they will call me back in an hour once the system is up but no one called me. Now I have to take another appointment and probably wait for another 2 days to get the appointment ...what a waste of time and such unprofessional attitude from Walgreens . I have given my email id and phone number for booking the appointment , arent you supposed to inform me if my appointment cannot be honored. Please fix these problems before taking appointments going forward and anyone who has taken appointment today ie 12/15/20

What a joke free covid testing. Not one appointment available for more than a week in all the stores in a 10 mile radius if not more. SO MUCH FOR STOPPING THE SPREAD!!
