If I could give a zero I would. Horrible customer service. They never answer their phone and just disconnect while you are on hold. It has happened many times. If they can't hire enough staff to take care of business they don't deserve to be in the business. This doesn't happen at Walmart or Meijer. I will change pharmacies.
