COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

Store is clean and well kept. Not good enough though if you are ill & need a prescription!!!! Pharmacy is unreliable! I don't even care if pharmacist or staff are nice, just give me my prescription and God willing, on my way to healing. My most recent experience is my doctor sent prescription on Friday 2:30 p.m. and Walgreens acknowledged receiving it, but that is it!! It is Saturday 12:30 p.m. with still no update and when call no answer at pharmacy, just keep receiving AI recording. Have tried this several times, wait total 30 - 40 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened either. I know Walgreens has many customers, and me being a simple commoner with a serious infection, have proven, they don't really care.
