COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

Came in at 7:30 this evening to try to fill an Rx that I was having trouble queuing from the app. The pharmacy technician on staff quickly requed my Rx and said to give them 15 minutes. I proceeded to remain in the store waiting on my Rx. When it had been past 15 minutes, as I was walking back over to the pharmacy to check in, they shut the gate to the window. Confused, I walked up front to see a small line of people checking out up front with only one attendant. Another woman walked up from the back with her purse ready to leave and I told her what happened. She said they should have paged me and I told her that's what I was waiting to hear and they didn't (I was not on a phone call and was actively listening for the page).
