COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

Scheduled online, arrived 5mins early, waited 25mins. The people in the pharmacy tend to ignore me until I press the call button. Was told “the system is down, not yet fixed” When I said I’ll just buy a test kit, the whole process too less than a minute. The other reviewer said was true, they won’t give the test even you scheduled.

Extremely ghetto Walgreens. Looks like everything has been ransacked in there. They have more security guards than clerks to help. They have none of the products listed online in the store and their markup on products is so much higher than competitors.

Was told results would be emailed within 2 hours. Been all day now (almost 7 hours), and still no results. May have to miss work now, because I have no way of knowing results. Waste of time
