The worst pharmacy you can go to. The least you can have as a pharmacy tech is empathy and or compassion. People using the pharmacy service are obviously people who are sick and the tech who is the face of the pharmacy is sooooo rude. Not an ounce of customer service. She even told the guy in front of me that if he wanted his meds he can switch his prescription to another pharmacy! What a way to retain customers. Anyway I definitely changed my pharmacy after her not even offering to help me with my situation because she claimed she didn’t know anything about my insurance lol.
Atrocious service. The pharmacist today RUDE!!! The staff tells you different things. Only reason I came here is because they were open. Go to another Walgreens. I saw how they treated other customers too. Horrible. They should be ashamed of their ratings and service. Go to another one!!!
