COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens

Had a flu shot scheduled for 10:30. Got there early to do paperwork, but had to wait in line for 30 minutes with others picking up medication. After checking in and waiting several minutes, they said we were at the wrong location (we were not at the wrong location, we have confirmation of the address) and refused to see us. Very chaotic, slow, and nobody seems to know what's going on. What a waste of time. Will be going to Safeway instead.

This is the worst pharmacy in the city. Waited in line for over an hour because some guy wanted to get more free Covid tests. Third time here coming for a prescription they confirmed with my doctor that they had…. And didn’t have.

Abysmally understaffed and poorly managed at the pharmacy. What makes it worse is that they bought out pharmaca/medly leaving less competition to go to. I only use them out of habit but it’s gonna change soon.
