0 STARS. If you enjoy having your pet's medicines never arrive on time or languish in a location for days on end, by all means order from this company. If not, order from Chewy or 800-Pet-Meds. I'll choose the latter.

I placed the original order for the pen 8/30. 9/2 thru 9/6 I have had the some of the worst follow through experience. First, the original prescription, I called Covetrus and my vet office multiple times a day, which both parties said they could not get ahold of anyone on the other side. 9/5 we finally got through because I ended up calling Covetrus AGAIN while sitting in my vet's office, because it was the 3rd day of a stand still. The customer service rep informed me that her supervisor would allow me to be transfered to the pharmacy directly. After some time on hold, she came back on to tell me the pharmacy would not talk to me, and that they needed to hear from the vet. At that moment, the pharmacy called the vet, and a technician was able to clear up the prescription information neede

Their website is keep changing my email addresses copied from our vet office, and uses someone else email address on our profile and won’t let us change the email address and credit card info previously used. It’s a scam and serious privacy concern.

Came here for a delivery. Workers were nice and super friendly

Horrible service my wife has place 3 separate orders and not one was filled on time of filled at all
