Providers are wonderful, however the front desk staff are rude. Not just one person and not just one instance, we have been going to this office for a long time for multiple family members. Every single visit the front desk staff are sarcastic and rude, enough that we would go somewhere else if our insurance allowed. Additionally, the wait times are really unacceptable. I have never waited less than an hour to be seen, yet they will cancel your appointment if you are late.

Dr Osborne is a wonderful doctor. I had shoulder replacement yesterday, Oct 9th. My nerve block wore off in the middle of the night, however, some discomfort, but with the ice bucket that was sent home with me, hopefully that will help! Staff on second floor of Covenant ambulatory were great!!! Surgical team were also reassuring.

Finally saw dr Jeffrey today ! He was fantastic. Very helpful. I was very satisfying . All nurses were great and very friendly.

Called to hopefully book an appointment & the “answering service” staff was rude as hell. Apparently it’s common because the other most recent review says the same thing. Bummer!

While Dr. Osborne and his PA had incredible bedside manner and seemed very compassionate, the care I received or lack thereof is worth noting. They were the second orthopedic surgeon docs I went to after sustaining an injury at work due to overuse/trauma. I had virtually ZERO range of motion in my R shoulder/elbow, so I was happy they sent me to PT to get that motion back though. Other than that, I was a “mystery”. 3 more drs later and I just had surgery for a COMPLETELY torn labrum and bicep, along with bone shaving in the clavicle.
