Since Mrs. James has left this place it has gone down hill. Front desk assistant not giving out right information causing appt to be reschedule. They just don't seem to care. Never picks up the phone. They make appts on their own without reaching out and expect the parent to know about them. Front desk clerk is nice just seems to forget or not know anything.
Dr. James is amazing and great with kids. I love her personality and how she cares for my children. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor.
