When I moved to Florida in 2019, I picked Doctor Lee by chance and have always been extremely happy with my decision. However, I was hospitalized in Lake County in July. I felt I never got answers to why I was admitted. Other things came up and concentration was on that. They found I have an ulcer. I never knew that as I had no symptoms. As it turns out I did. I went for my hospital follow up. Met with Kayli. A week later I made an appointment, again with Kayli. I was having severe pain in my right chest area. Kayli seemed like I was wasting her time, told me she wasn’t doing any tests and that the pain was from my cirrhosis of the liver. I have been going to Dr. Kalil for 5 years. She is gentle and kind. That said, this practice is absurd about having all Medicare testing done causing very frequent visits. They will make appointments for you for things never discussed or at times of their choosing. I have gotten numerous notifications for things I am totally unaware of. The office staff is very rude and will not find solutions to problems such as renewing prescriptions after all test results were clean despite it being a daily medication that I needed right away. They state policy that you must see doctor after each test despite seeing perfect results on the app. This practice is internally focused and not caring about patients ( customers). Run don't walk unless you enjoy being mistreated. I take one medication,

Dr Kalil is my 88 year old Mom's PMD for the past 8 years, and we love her. She is competent and kind and spends time listening. Everyone at Countryside is pleasant from the front desk, the medical assistants and techs to the people at check out. You are never rushed through an appointment.
