Countryside Meadows

I had the pleasure of visiting Countryside Meadows to see a loved one. The place was overall great but the one person who stuck out to me the most was Katie McCloud! She was absolutely amazing in all aspects of the word! She showed so much compassion for everyone she came in contact with. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond for them as well as their loved ones visiting. Sometimes it's hard to see family go into nursing homes but I would trust Katie with any and all of my loved ones coming into a place like this. She was perfect!! Thank you Katie :)

Moving to a skilled nursing facility was very hard for me to think about. I was moving into a new chapter of my life and didn't know what to expect. But from day 1, the CNA's, Nurses, Therapist, Support Staff and Administration have been so helpful and supportive here at Countryside Meadows. Downsizing so dramatically from my 3 bedroom home to sharing a room was hard! I mean, I just want everything there, but that wasn't possible. Once I narrowed down what I wanted from my home and got it settled in, I felt like so much better. Then as time past and I was getting to know the staff more, I realized that I was able to be more social than I was at my home and before I knew it, I was growing a whole new group of family and friends! My mom was a resident in both short term and long term care. We were so satisfied with the entire staff and her care, that when it was time to place her in long term care, there was no question where she would be. Their therapy team was great and the nursing staff was remarkable. We had little to no issues. I will always recommend CSM for anyone looking for either short term care, or long term care.

The facility is clean, warm, & welcoming. The staff are friendly, caring, & knowledgeable of patient conditions. Nursing administration is joyfully involved in patient care, easy to communicate with, and truly strive to ensure a positive environment for those entrusted to their care.

My mom is a resident at Countryside Meadows. The staff is so helpful. The communications between family and staff is amazing, they keep me informed of everything that happens. Samantha is awesome! She is helpful and goes the extra mile to get things needed done, done! Thank you to all the staff and caregiver at Countryside Meadows!
