Gentle Dentist

I'm so thankful for how kind everyone is there. I have high anxiety about new places and people and they have on out of there way to help me get the same people and times that aren't busy. They are wonderful people. I was treated so well I have recommend them to three other friends already.

I had my initial exam with Gentle Dentist of Avon, IN today and I had an excellent experience. I truly enjoyed my exam. Kenzie was the name of the dental assistant who brought me back to the exam room and took my X-rays. There were several X-rays that had to be taken multiple times because they didn’t turn out right. Kenzie gave me table salt to put under my tongue, which usually helps my reflux not to act up, and she had another employee push the button to take the X-rays of my back teeth. Since my gag reflux was acting worse than usual, they decided to spray my throat with a numbing spray to help my gag reflux to cease, and that worked perfectly. I loved that the spray only numbed my throat for about a half hour or so. I had Dr. Pandia for my dentist, and she was such a sweethea

Amy is the best hygienist! She even looked up my school schedule to see when I should make my next appointment. She also rescheduled other family members. Did not have to go thru the front desk at all!

Absolutely LOVE this practice. All the ladies are fabulously friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Doctor is extremely patient and explained ever step along the way to me. I'm so beyond grateful for what they've done for me. Thank you all so very much from the bottom of my heart. -Sandra Lache

First time here and needed a comprehensive evaluation of everything going on in my mouth. The Dr. as well as the wonderful ladies that assisted her made me feel comfortable and at home. Being a Veteran I never had any dental benefits until I reached 100% disabled (by their standards of course). Now I have some "catching up" to do and I feel very reassured with the treatment plan we came up with during my consultation. All the Ladies on staff also love my service dog Sadie as much as she loved them. Me and Sadie 🐾 are looking forward to our next appointment.
