Country Crest Post-Acute

Entered in October 2024 after a Right side stroke , leaving my left side with paralysis. This leaving me wheel chair bound. it is clean and smells fresh. All ,but one employee has been kind and patient. On the other hand, they lack in activities and decent food. As well as coverage in dining area after food is served. The CNA s are passing trays to rooms, then soon after have their breaks. This leaves one CNA to attend to clients who have many needs needs, support with feeders, managing the needs such as opening items on trays, , bathroom trips for clients, helping with drinks, etc. . In addition many have a 2 person lift, and are left waiting while the staff have their breaks as well. Just one additional part time person for dinner, and bedtime would be much safer and efficient. The staff shows a great amount of compassion not only towards the residents, but towards the families of the residents as well. The facility is beautiful and kept clean. The staff has new activities daily and there is always someone to welcome you when entering. I would definitely recommend this facility to someone who is looking for placement at a skilled nursing facility.

My mother was here in 2012. After having experience sub par care at the other facility near the Oroville hospital (later sued), this place was caring and very adequately staffed. Staffing ratios are very important. So thankful for their care and attention.

God help you if you ever want to actually reach your loved one! Spent over an hour bouncing from extension to extension to recordings with out ever being connected to a family member...it is 2018 & there is no reason for such pathetic technology!

The place is clean, airy and the staff here are A #1. I would recommend this place to anyone needing care.
