This place is the worst I have ever seen! In fact I believe that they are ripping Medical off. My grandson was taken there for some dental issues and they performed multiple procedures including one root canal and on another tooth they chose to just repair the cavity’s. Well the tooth that they repaired continued to cause him excruciating pain so we took him back. Ultimately, after Medi-Cal, approving it, they performed a root canal. Which should’ve been done in the beginning versus wasting time I’m repairing the cavities and extending the child’s pain. Not to mention Medi-Cal paid for the cavity repairs which they shouldn’t have because it wasn’t the right procedure for the condition of his tooth. This place is horrendous. I’m afraid of the dentist. When I went there for my exam she started poking at my teeth with the metal pick. She jammed it down into my nerve and I jumped and said ow. She didn’t even apologize, she just kept poking the next tooth. I said, “that really hurt, you’re not going to do that again are you?” She promised me she wouldn’t, she was just going to look. 10 seconds later she jams it down into another nerve. Then she says, “I think this one will need a root canal too, let’s see” and stabs it into another tooth and says “That one too.” It was like something from a nightmare. And then the teeth hurt for a couple weeks after because of the irritation to the nerve. I went somewhere else, but if pro dental was my only choice then I would rather let me teeth fall o

Dr Pham is a kind dentist that is no nonsense and ready to get your mouth fixed. She immediately found a problem my last dentist left as whst an X-ray had missed and corrected it. She's attentive to the patients needs and fears and continued to check on my comfort levels during the exstraction process. Although a little hard to understand through a heavy accent, she's kind, skillful and quick in getting the job done! I have never felt more comfortable with a dentist and was amazed at the speed of my procedure! I highly recommend her to my friends and family that needs a great dentist! I went here for a checkup due to my old dentist not taking my new insurance. I was told I needed a deep cleaning (not necessary according to a different dentist), a filling, and a crown. I returned to have all this done. During this visit none of the staff seemed sure of what they were doing and kept asking one another if things were right or not and I was in the chair for 3 hours at which time I let them know I could not tolerate a cleaning that day. My jaw was hurting from being open so long and my anxiety was through the roof. After the crown was placed I was informed that it did not fit correctly and I would have to come back another day. I gave it a 2 star because last time I was here , I had to have a tooth removed and I kid you not it took a total of less than 20 mins. From the time I walked in the door, called to the back, had some pain med swabbed on my tooth and the doctor came in asked me if I could still feel anything, I said a little. She began the extraction and I was trying to tell her I could feel pain , I was literally crying but she proceeded anyway. She got the tooth pulled as I sat there in SHOCK, I could barely speak a word but I kept trying to convey how painful that was and I got no type of empathy only a make another appointment.
