I loved the little extra touches this team has added to make this center stand out compared to others. This amazing team is dedicated to providing exceptional care to the residents in their care. Country Club has rehabilitation care, long term care, as well as an amazing residential care unit.

Country Club is a wonderful community for the aging. The activities department is awesome and always have fun and different activities for the seniors. Melissa the Activities Director puts a lot of thought into providing activities. The care is wonderful with consistent staff which is important. It has a home like atmosphere and I feel staff treat the seniors like family.

I can’t say enough good things about Country Club Rehabilitation in Warrensburg. The staff here is incredibly professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to their patients’ care and recovery.
