I can’t say enough good things about Cottonwood Post Acute Skilled Nursing. From the moment we walked in, the staff made our family feel welcome and supported. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, comfortable atmosphere that helped ease a difficult time for us. Nicole in admissions was so kind to us. The nursing team was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. They took the time to get to know my grandma, ensured medications and treatments were always on time, and communicated clearly with our family every step of the way. The physical and occupational therapy teams were also incredible—helping with recovery and mobility in a way that was both encouraging and effective. What really stood out was the compassion. My friend who is currently admitted there shared a story about Indian nurses who were making rude comments about their colleagues and gossiping about their patients while sitting together. I wonder if management ever checks in on them to remind them of the importance of maintaining a professional demeanor in a healthcare setting.

I love Cottonwood Healthcare Center! It is very well organized and everybody there is so nice. Nicole in admissions is wonderful and so helpful. The lobby area is very clean and open. The courtyard in the back is very beautiful and they have a smoking section! The whole facility is very well maintained and smells great! I really love the place. Very peaceful and accommodating place. My aunt was there last year and she sadly passed away, but everyone made her feel very comfortable and welcome. They are very accommodating and supportive of her and our family. The facility was very Clean and appear to be well taken care of.

My daughter was at Cottonwood and the facility and all working there were attentive, kind and very loving to me and my daughter. The facility was always clean and well maintained. My experience was wonderful. From admission all the way down the line were welcoming and professional!
