Cottonwood Heights Dentistry

I too was one of the patients treated poorly. They prescribed me a medicine to which I had an allergic reaction. When I contacted them they didn't take any action to help me so I went to another dentist that took care of me. The new dentist requested the Xrays from Cottonwood Heights Dental and couldn't use them because they were poor quality. So I had to pay for them and the dental appointment again. Cottonwood Heights Dental told me that my insurance paid them and are expecting me to pay them for this horrible service. I haven't so now they're sending me to collections for this trivial amount. How these people have good reviews is beyond me. They treated my husband poorly and acted inconvenienced when asked about pricing. They refused to run our insurance when it was provided and just sent our bill to collections. I'll never go here again.

I have experienced poor dental work in my life. I am a new patient to Dr. Carroll and VERY grateful that he has an eye for detail. He fixed a (very real!!!) mistake previously made. Thanks to Dr. Carroll’s talent, the mistake was salvaged without going to the next invasive step. (We only get one chance at keeping our teeth healthy…then it’s implants!) Alexis assisted in the procedure and she is WONDERFUL!! I could not be happier with my new dentist and his team! Thank you Brighton Dental!

I love Brighton dental. They are honest and straight forward. They respect my request and they do a great job. My 7 year old son likes going to the dentist because they make it personal and fun. They don’t try to push unneeded dental work on us.

WARNING. Scam artists. There’s a reason the office is so fancy. I saw Kelly Carroll a few years ago. He kept saying “it’s my job to be honest with you” which I found strange. I had recently had a couple of crowns Redone by a different dentist that I had gone to for years and trusted. Carroll proceeded to tell me that they needed to be redone even though they had just been done a few months prior. He also told me I needed more crowns on teeth that weren’t having any problems. I left there in tears thinking that my teeth that I thought were in pretty good shape were actually in awful shape. When I told him that I didn’t want to do all that work he told me that “I was just wasting his time” I went to a different dentist for a second opinion.
