Cottage Urgent Care in ORCUTT is amazing! I’ve gone for myself before and I just took my daughter for a stye in her eye and every time they are so FAST, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend this specific location! We walked in at 8:08am, checked in, got walked right back and sat in a chair at 8:12am and walked out at 8:35am! I understand our case wasn’t complex but it was just an amazing visit .. & they gave the kids hot coco on the way out. 10/10 service 👏👏👏

My daughter injured her ankle during a soccer game. The staff was all very kind, especially Nancy. Joe the PA was very knowledgeable and helped get a very good treatment plan. The value for service cost was exceptional in my opinion. The only negative was that we had to wait almost 90 minutes to be seen. Granted it was a busy evening, so I understand. And having an evening option was very helpful to us. I highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Cottage Urgent Care. The facility was very clean and well organized, and the online scheduling made it extremely convenient to book an appointment. Check-in was quick, and the entire visit was easy and efficient. I was seen promptly and felt well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this urgent care for anyone needing fast, reliable service.

I got some dirt in my eye ripping the convertible on a Sunday cruise and came in for some assistance when I couldn’t flush debris in my eye. Amazing staff, very friendly, personable and professional. It’s nice being able to connect with someone even just for a moment. True professionals here at cottage. They are the best. I’m sure they know it. I hope Yall are paid well. You are the best.

Staff is extremely friendly and professional. They care about what you're experiencing and do not dismiss your statements. They're insanely quick and wait times are short. I wish all urgent cares had the same staff. They're the BEST! I could shed a tear talking about how great they are. Evenings get busy so wait times are longer. The longer wait time does NOT take away from the quality of care you receive. Thank you to all who work there.
