Excellent service and very helpful staff. They will always check to see if I can get a better price for my prescription on Good RX instead of going through my insurance plan. The medication is in when the automated system indicates when I call in for refills. Thank you!

I just got off the phone with the pharmacy and after 2 long conversations and being treated so rudely by whoever i was speaking to, I was appalled by the rudeness and the absolute resistence to them wanting to find out what they did to mess up my file or whatever is in their system they have. They told me that I must have changed or gotten new insurance on the first of this month. And that my other insurance is not active. Which is totally inaccurate. Nothing has changed at all. Then they told me the name of the insurance company they have for me and I don't even have that. She was so nasty to me I finally just decided to go back to Walmart Pharmacy and do my business there. I am on 2 medications that are very expensive and I will not live without them... not to mention that these m

When you have no issues or questions its smooth sailing. If you have a issue they are condescending, rude and you are a nuisance to be dealt with. I do not work in the medical or insurance field so if i ask for clarification , Its not to make their lives harder but its a genuine question or a request. I rarely see the same people so it remains impersonal. No customer service. I am lucky i only take 1 prescription otherwise i would go someplace else just like i do for my groceries. I gave 2 stars just because i get my prescription and a few people have been friendly. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone but definitely not if you have lots of prescriptions, are a senior and need extra help or have complicated medical issues and multiple physicians. We paid for an expense prescription yesterday, and today they had no record of us paying. Luckily, we keep our receipts, but it cost me a 25 minute round trip. Shouldn't a pharmacy be better at keeping records?
