The team at cottage urgent care was top notch. They were so warm, professional, and thorough. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. I want to specifically give a shout out to Elena and Hayley. Thank you for taking care of me!

This morning I came in to the Urgent Care with a painful eye infection. From start to finish I was treated with courtesy, respect and professionalism. Kristy, Alejandra and Rocio were incredible with a warmth one might not expect in a medical clinic. We are so fortunate to have this Urgent Care in Montecito.

Really good care. Staff was kind, efficient, knowledgeable and skilled. Recommend scheduling an appointment online and uploading all the information requested. Saves a lot of time and energy. I was brought into a treatment room immediately after checking in. Makes such a difference to experience this level of care when not feeling well.

This was the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care. Making the appointment online was easy and I was taken in a few minutes earlier than my appointment. I feel very disappointed after my visit to this place with my husband and our 17 month old baby while on vacation. The people in the front desk were very nice to us and our first impression of the facility was positive. But when our baby was checked by a PA (Physicians Assistant) because she was refusing to eat or drink and after he ran some tests on her, he said that she’s probably teething or having an environmental anxiety. We paid for this visit 100$ (copay) and we went back home, but the baby was still very fussy. So I decided to give her a bath to calm her down and then I notice these red marks on her feet. So I started doing research on my own and then I read about the mouth, hands and feet virus. I was wondering if that’s the reason she is fussy and won’t eat or drink but at the sa
