Costco Pharmacy

This pharmacy....been using it for years with nothing but problems. They are consistently bad. I am often charged cash pay for rx because the staff is too lazy to run the insurance provided (workers comp). I had so many problems with this pharmacy I ended up giving up my workers compensation case. Now I have private insurance and they still give me problems every month for the same prescription. Its one problem after another over here and the staff doesn't give a damn about the patients. Except for Maxwell, he is a good employee with a good heart. The pharmacist(s), not impressed and they are not patient oriented or caring, no call to explain issues they just wont fill your pain meds bc they can't be bothered.

Do not come at 2:30, this is right after staff lunch,if you do, be prepared about 30 min standing in line because all the people (the rx ppl and the vaccine ppl) waiting for them to come back from lunch. I got my rx at 3:13

I've had great experiences at this pharmacy, with the actual pharmacists - and not so-great with cranky support staff. Like nearly everywhere these days, they seem short staffed. There is usually a queue. One gets the impression, as with most pharmacies now, that it's a stressful, unpleasant place to work. Additionally, they do not serve people on Medi-Cal which is troubling. Ditto for the optical department.

Couldn’t turn me away fast enough. I had a good RX code which multiple staff members acted like they had never heard of, were unhelpful with, or simply told me it wouldn’t apply/was rejected with no follow up or assistance. Would prefer not to use this pharmacy again as most here are unhelpful, unhappy or cost driven

This Costco Pharmacy purposefully deceives customers with incorrect products. This Costco Pharmacy is a pharmacy, and it should not dispense products incorrectly, let alone purposefully deceiving customers.
