Costco Pharmacy

The schedule is very inconvenient and they are slowwwwwww. I am planning to change my prescriptions to another pharmacy

Lazy and liars. They say they take prescription savings cards like Goodrx, but then they claim their price is cheaper, even when you know it's not & have proof. I tried to get a diabetic drug prescription there and was told that the prescription that was able to be filled at any other pharmacy - Walgreens, CVS, Walmart - couldn't be filled using the prescription savings card ,* FROM THE MANUFACTURER* because it was for a 31-day prescription instead of a 30-day prescription. That's totally false. I think they just don't want to do it. The store manager can claim that they're bound by their *pharmacy board rules,,,,,* but how can that be true when no other pharmacy has had problems like that? Is Costco's pharmacy board so precious that they can deny you a necessary prescription because of

This would be a good place for Costco to open a functional pharmacy. A year ago I moved my Rx's from here back to the Costco in Leesburg because of the constant screw ups, from call ins to refills to text alerts. Needed something quick today, and the script called in was put somewhere and not keyed in. Never found. Took two calls to the doctor office before these guys found it. Even after talking to the regional manager for the pharmacy, it seems very little has changed. Too bad, because the rest of the store pretty good.

Honestly, the customer service here is very lacking. The cashiers always make me feel terrible when I ask for my prescription and god help me if I have a question. I only get my petmeds here but with the way that I have been treated everytime that I have come here over the past 7 months, that will be changing. I would honestly rather pay more to have them delivered than have to deal with the poor customer service everytime.

Have had nothing but good experience with the staff here. Be it my medications or someone in our family. And they have a discount program for animal medications also which is a great help. They are busy and they treat people very fair and above expectations in my eyes.
