Costco Pharmacy

Never had an issue until I interacted with Brenda. I walked up to her (no one in line) and stated my last, first name. She stared at me and asked if that was my first name? I repeated my name in the order she requested. She then proceeded to ask me questions as far as my phone number, address , and other questions I’ve NEVER had been asked. I answered them quickly as I wanted to leave. She then stared at her computer, and said nothing for about 90 seconds. I looked at her and I said “ I can come back”, Implying that I was in fact in a hurry. She then stared at me with a grimace face and said nothing I then immediately Replied “what’s with your face toward me!?!” Insisting that I could come back and I asked how long it would take to find me in the system, she responded “I got it!” as if I

Never had an unpleasant experience with any one here always super helpful and extremely quick to get what you need and if they don’t have it in stock they usually can get it next day. Front counter staff and pharmacy staff are always super knowledgeable and helpful with providing answers to questions that you may have and if they don’t know the answer they will ask who does. Above and beyond.

I have used them since they opened and their prices are great. Plus they always have what you need. Not like CVS where you need medicine and have to wait a day or do for it to be ordered. John and Barbara are very knowledgeable and willing to listen to you questions and concerns. I love this place.

I have been a customer of this Pharmacy for the last four to five years. Craig and Sean have bent over backwards to please other customers as well as myself. They are very patient and very knowledgeable with an attitude that is very positive and helpful. When I am in line, I hear the way that they talk to other customers and it is just as respectful as it is to myself. When a major drug company had a recall, it was the medication that I was taking and they worked hard to make sure that the affected patients received notification and prescription change. Our family has been using Costco Pharmacy for several years now. We actually joined Costco because the pharmacy prices were so much better than the other pharmacy's we used. We have always been happy with the pharmacy's service and they have even given us coupons to save additional money on refills. We are always in and out quickly and always saving money! :)
