When setting up my pet’s profile and my own for the first time over the phone, the pharmacist was incredibly helpful! She notes all of the information and even called me after our vet called in a prescription to verify that the order was accurate since there were some discrepancies. She was so kind to double check everything. In addition, their text message system alerted us to let us know when the medications were ready and the price.
Had to wait 40 minutes for my prescription after they called me 2 days prior. The people however were pleasant to deal with. Very important aspect of any healthcare interaction.
Much nicer and friendlier than the pharmacists who work at drug stores.
Excellent customer service and Excellent support! Very pleased!
