Costco Pharmacy

I was helped by a very kind associate named Tawnya. There was a mix up with my insurance not being charged properly. She took care of things immediately. It’s nice to know there are still good people out there and I’m very grateful for her help. The extra money that Costco saved me went directly to buying my kids Christmas presents. Thank you so much Costco pharmacy for hiring and keeping great people.

I went there to get a flu shot today. It was the first time I've ever used Costcos pharmacy, in the 34 years that I've been coming to Costco. Smooth, punctual, friendly is how I would describe the employees and my visit. Thank you so much!

Came in for a few prescription for a few people and was instantly hit with annoyance. It’s not my fault multiple people need medicine to feel better and Allie makes us all feel like a burden for needing it. After I told her it’s for a few people she cut me off and asked for a birthday. She got the medications pulled up and told me mine would be 130 and I asked her why she didn’t run my insurance while she was walking away from me. She snapped back around and very rudely snapped at me and said “that’s what I’m doing right now.” And while she walked away from me she said “thanks” under her breathe to be rude once again. If I could leave no stars, that is what I would do. I was there today, attempting to transfer my prescriptions from Costco online to the Twin Falls location. They informed me that all I had to do was walk in and it could easily be done. Now that I am here, they say that is impossible and their phone for Costco online isn't working anyway. I called the online pharmacy myself and was told it shouldn't be a problem and there is no problem with their phone. I guess they only help people they feel like helping.

The tech was very helpful when the manufacturer’s coupon was not applied to the medication. Great customer service and very fast.
