Costco Pharmacy

This evening I encountered a rather nasty female pharmacist. Grey hair to shoulders/glasses/short/stocky. She showed absolutely zero empathy concerning an issue I was having with a medication. Asking her a question was like speaking with an ice cold woman with no empathy, willingness to discuss alternatives, or care at all. This incident is contrary to any interactions with the many other pharmacists I have encountered at this Costco on North Division in the years I have been going there.

Great customer service and resolution of prescription issues that come up due to insurance coverage nuances. They are always professional and are able to resolve the issues quickly. Much better than other pharmacies I've used over the years.

I have the same medication refilled every 28 days and today I was told by a pharmacy staff member that they have been filling it too early against their policy and now I cannot get it filled for another four days. I don't appreciate their error now effecting me personally. I am a Costco family member and I am really disappointed about how this staff member treated me. I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere now.

Staff is very friendly, professional and the line moves real fast.

I've been going to this Costco pharmacy almost since they opened and it's always been great. They're kind. The pharmacists are great. They help out when insurance is being difficult, when prescriptions run out, and they get creative when meds are hard to fill because of shortages. I haven't dealt with a single person there that wasn't kind and helpful in the years I've been going. There's been a couple times when things were charged wrong and quickly corrected. I fill a 10-15 prescriptions per month or so for my household. We transferred here from CVS in target on Newport and I'm so glad we did.
