Kudos to Michelle Pace, The purpose of this message is to express my great appreciation to Mrs. Michelle Pace, at the Costco Pharmacy in Sharpsburg Georgia, for all the support she has been giving me over the years. Recently, Michelle with her great customer support and positive attitude could resolve the issues that I had with my insurance company, as I greatly appreciate it. I was ignored repeatedly, despite being the first in line. I was told the wait would be 15 minutes DESPITE it being called in an hour before hand and receiving a confirmation text that it was ready. The pharmacist was unprofessional and more interested in chatting about OTC medicines with shoppers than actually helping people with their prescriptions.

Always friendly and welcoming. The pharmacist, Natalie, is truly a gem and so is her team. Lakeisha, Donna, and everyone else is very accommodating!

Everyone is very nice and answered all my questions. Prescriptions are filled fast or ordered if not in stock. Costco Sharpsburg is my go to pharmacy.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff! I've moved my prescriptions here!
