Costco Pharmacy

Costco pharmacy has been way easier for us than the national chain drug store near our house. Wait times are easy to manage when you use their call/text system and the hours are terrific. No complaints. We had vaccines here too with no problems. Staff seem friendly and competent though different every time I go in. Some of the one star reviews are years old… check the dates!

Very difficult to call and reach a staff person. CVS pharmacy tried requesting a transfer for three days. CVS asked me to try an call. Same issue occured. I called administrator office at Costco and was able to speak with a staff person. Very unhelpful and had an attitude. Not willing to help. I hung up and had to call my doctor office to send a new prescription to CVS. Very bad customer service at this pharmacy. Will never use this pharmacy again.

An extremely incompetent pharmacy. They can't even enter in details properly despite them asking for my driver's license. A 30 minute prescription for my dog turned into a two day event. Those DEI hires aren't working out too well

Phone system seems designed to be be useless. No one will answer and it will just hang up on you. Shouldn't have even bothered to have one.

Costco corporate needs to rein in this tumour of a pharmacy. I have a chronic pain issue and when I get my meds filled at this location I am consistently treated with the presumption that I am a nefarious person. First, personal ask why I am taking the prescribed medication which feels like an invasion of privacy. Second, personal tend to be rude. Third, their estimated wait times are way off target. The biggest zinger of all, my last pain medication prescription was shorted by 30%, and when I phoned the pharmacy to report the shortage (you guessed it), the very rude pharmacist treated me as though I were some scamming, scab picking addict. The pharmacist told me that they count x3 and that there was no way that they erred. That can only mean one thing that someone in the pharma
